Good deal for 2K 240Hz, but do you need 240Hz? Does that even have good refresh rate compliance?

Use case is for viewing multiple browser windows and MS office application and may be for some media consumption. Already using two 23" 1080p monitors. Thinking of adding a big one. Thought of getting a 4k 43" TV, but for my use case I doubt the text clarity would be an issue with TV.

The link does not work but it's looks like an edge-lit display. You must avoid these. As per rtings, edge-lit displays tend to fail earlier and don't have great grey uniformity.
However, I'm not saying that this monitor will fail or will have bad grey uniformity. Best to go via some reviews on YouTube before making a decision.

This one is fairly new so no reviews I could find, I haven't seen many or any low budget monitors get reviewed by popular sites. I couldn't find if it's edge lit or not from spec sheet.

Only slim ones are edge-lit.
D-led monitors are thick.
