So, it has been 4 days and I didn't receive a updated warranty yet. They said that they will update within 24 hours when I put in the request. I escalated the issue on their escalation form with
I applied for correction on the warranty date within this website. A popup came with a message that told me to wait for 24 hours for a confirmation of warranty update in my email. Now, it has been more than 48 hours and I have received no such email. I called the premium call number, and they told me to write to pop@lenovo.com to get warranty update, and I didn't receive any confirmation from them either. Every other laptop I have owned didn't get a issue like this.

and this is the reply I got:
Dear User,
Greetings and Thanks for contacting us. Please be informed that kindly reach to concern warranty team to get it checked for you and they will assist you accordingly.
Meanwhile please share invoice copy and system backside serial number snaps with pop team.

As they haven't attached email of a warranty team I don't know where to go from here. I had already told them I have written to pop@lenovo.
Edit: I am writing to lenreg_anz@lenovo.com but I have my hopes low.

Finally got the updated warranty.

For future reference, for an Indian customer, write to pop@lenovo.com with all purchase proofs. Wait a few days, if you don't get any reply talk to customer service and keep badgering them. Bothering with the official portal seemed to be a waste of time.
