Single SIM. But ok, if the mobile comes with Dual SIM.
4. Preferred choice of brand?
Any with good after sales service
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)?
Camera won't be much used, so doesn't matter.
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).
Android 7+. Thought of buying Windows phones, but they're not worth nowadays.
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready).

Calling, Songs, occasional videos. No gaming. Minimal to moderate internet.

Infinix smart 2 (saw this during in FK BB sale) & Yu Ace. But open to others

My requirements are :
1. This is for my mom with age around 60, who only used feature phones till now like Nokia 150 & Nokia 215 for only calling & songs. Since Diwali is around the corner and she still using old mobile, i wanted to gift her a smartphone so she can hear songs/watch videos on a big screen.
2. Atleast 4000mah battery.
3. Smartphone usage will be relatively less, as she's not a tech savvy person.
4. Shopping site preference: 1. Flipkart 2. Amazon 3. other sites.
