But the case button worked perfectly fine with my old motherboard, and so did the PSU. Should i RMA the motherboard? The PC works perfectly fine once started.. only takes about two or three times pressing the button.

Intel BIOS does'nt have those options.. there is only Processor Zone Respose(set to AGGRESSIVE/NORMAL/SLOW) and Processor Zone Damping(HIGH/NORMAL) so its set to NORMAL i n both i guess that is Automatic Mode.. but even changing those does'nt help me with the restarting problem.

The noise comes only a few seconds before restarting.. after the restart the fan runs normal.
