yeah i'm planning to purchase from amazon. am worried about the temps of the evga card as in india temp is way more than us and asus surely has the better cooler. but even after a week of the price cuts, here the prices seem to remain the same. so with evga, i can get the lower price+complete...

planning for buying a 780 after the price cuts. want to know which one of these two cards will work better in indian environment. also does asus has global warranty as evga?

i will buy this card! and with all the advanced next gen techs it offers... i think 65k is a reasonable price for this. gtx 690 is of the same price where it offers only 2 gigs of effective vram and the titan has 6 gigs of it... so one dont have to worry about bottlenecking of any sorts.

that was my own way to convince myself :( and now gtx 680 ultra is coming. will wait for this one for sure.

won't wait for haswell.. improvement mostly on the integrated graphics and the power saving features... not so much of a processor performance improvement[10% or so]... and also they will feature new sockets... so new mobo, new cooler mount, so more waiting... not worth the time according to me.

yeah thats why i had coolermaster storm enforcer as an option... but you guys suggested phantom only... and anyways i actually like phantom better[obviously!]... it's only the window which can easily be modded... so... and yes, 2 7970 would be of better value, but 3d vision is a must for me...

point taken. will get an i7. but apparently new series of i7 and i5's will release on june! bummer! i don't know if i should wait for 4 months or just buy it anyway. if i use the side panel fan :( i'm gonna mod my case and put a black window at that place... so i cant use that 200 mm fan. :((

can i oc to 4.2 ghz with an air cooler? as you know, it's really hot in kolkata. ivy bridge tends to get hot, i've read, haven't seen one still :(
