HI..i have Bsnl bb connection with 1 gb limit and frnd has UL 900+ So when he is not in town i used to login with his uid and pwd and download stuff... But now im not able to do so..i think BSNL guys has used concept like port binding... So is there any way to disable it and start sharing...

Im not able to open up MSconfig or regedit in my win xp computer. If i type in run,it opens up in notepad.. where some symbols are only found. Im not able to find the original verison of msconfig or regedit... I tried to check for file changes using chkdsk command.. it didnt find any...
