I have a colour laser network printer (HP CP1515n), around 10 years old. I tried getting the laser cartridges refilled locally but that did not work. Original HP cartridges are expensive. I'll need to buy 4 cartridges, each around 7500. The printer works, but unfortunately I can't demonstrate it...

How strict is the no OS requirement? I recently bought the Samsung NP350V5C-A03IN Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 750GB/ Win8) I had the same requirements as you except that I didn't mind the Win8. If not this then go for the Lenovo G580.
