the temp check is not at all reliable, if u have temp monitoring from your motherboard software like in case of Intel mbs, just go by that. On my 80GB Sagate HDD it always rise up to 52'C in about 20mins.Don't worry

fully agree with this. You can safely ignore that warning. Do make sure of one thing. Install Symantec Partition Magic and check for disk geometry errors.If there's none, u can be sure there's no harm. I once had a disk geometry error on my 160GB SATA Samsung, and performance was reduced...

160 GB = 160000000 bytes /1024 /1024 = 152.58 GB After partitioning , it's effectively 149 Gb For all hard disks, u roughly get 93% of the mentioned space. For 200 GB, it is 186 GB .The 203 GB can be due to a disk geometry error originating from improper partioning.
