Does the sidebar uses too much of memory? because when I restart my computer it takes the longer to load, also my fan is working constantly lately even the cpu is between 0% and 30%, my memory shows that Im using 62% TIA.

Im using Icon tweaker with vista icon themes, but Im having a hard time to change dvd drives, memory stick and others (see picture below) even I do change each individual drive, but when I restart he computer the original icons comes back, please anyboy can help, thank you in advance.

I tried to enable the cleartype but it looks worse, where do I look exactly in control panel to see the entry?
