first create a folder, then rename as your name. open it.If there have a folder as your name,your com infected by ssvcchost virus or by their family,Friend if true your pc r not lucky.But new avg 8 can help u to remove this virus

when format ur pc tri to full format .Befor formatting try to clear viruses from ur pc. are u seure that ur cd or dvd's away from viruses?

ur pc have infected by any busterd virus,But dont worry go google and solve ur prb
