IMO the 7850 will still be better than even OCed GTX 560 Ti, So if OP can afford it then he should go for it. Let OP choose from MSI GTX 560 Ti TwinFrozr III @ 13k HD 7850 @ 16k

Try Atiman uninstaller (Do search for the latest version), people having similar problems have reported it as the best ATI Driver uninstaller. You might want to run it through an anti-virus test though before using it.
