dont worry too much about ram overheat, unless you are over clocking. :lol:
just look for DDR3L / PC3L and "12800" , 1600MHz thing written on the ram itself. if it's not written than it would probably be a non L type ram of 1.5v, which will be incompatible with your laptop.

if you are not scoring high tbw then doesn't matter. as long as you have 30% or more free space in drive delete wont do much.
can you check with crystaldiskinfo, how much did you write.
thats without using virtual memory. and, while reputed ssds survive higher writes, some cheap ssds cant bear...

I put my trust on Belkin HDMI cables.
Used cheap ones before, and they just caused screen to flicker / do dark, whenever there was a switch on/off in the home.
