Help me in GENERIC HOST PROCESS FOR WIN32 ERROR

In my Computer I use Win XP Professional SP2. I have Quick heal antivirus installed and windows firewall disabled. my system was working fine. But last 2-3 Month all of a sudden I got an error msg "GENERIC HOST PROCESS FOR WIN32 ERROR". And I found mu system in Windows in Clasic theam for a few seconds. My internet connection stops working. I can not disconnect and reconnect my broadband connection BSNL dataone broadband.

I formated my pc and a clean installation done. As soon as I connect to the internet the problem shows up again.
