On Xp. But if you have a good computer the difference is not huge. Plus by default the High Settings are only for Vista but you can tweak the game for have it under Xp.

It will be impossible, Crysis requieres very costly hardware. Plus it's stupid to play in 1024 with highest settings. I only have my laptop in India (Core2Duo, 2Gb, X1800xt) and I can play the demo in 1440*900 in medium. I heared that the final game is optimized and you will earn 6/7 extra fps...
