when i enable hibernating options frm power properties messages shows up saying:"the process cannot access file bcos it is used by another proces"" why is it soo,,i used to hibernate my pc b 4 ,,i reinstalled xp ,, and now its nnot working

ive got 512 mb ram but ,,its used to shut down quickly b4

its taking more then 20 sec to shut down im using an amd 3200+pc
