OnePlus has gone for more natural colours and less processing this time. So, compared to old OnePlus 3 photos, the new OnePlus 3T seems less punchy. Using some other camera apps or post processing it through Snapseed can solve this problem.

You can access the download mode on the device. You should try to flash stock rom again with an older version of Odin. That might solve the problem.

Most probably failing hardware. You can try to factory reset the phone to see if it solves the problem. If it doesn't, then that means the phone is dying. Get a new phone.

That's a mess. Just install Bacon Root Toolkit on your laptop. Connect your phone to the laptop in Fastboot mode. Choose install stock ROM, soft bricked phone. That software will download latest ROM and install it on the Oneplus One. That is the best way.

Camera is this phone's weakest point.

Don't use open camera. Use MIUI camera. Record in 720p.
