If you had submitted the apps in February, then you should have already gotten communication from Microsoft (their agents, Impact Marketing, actually), asking for your address and signature on a form for the phone. My friend and I, along with numerous other entrants, have gotten these mails...

I have been going over the App Hub process and rules for registration, and I believe how much of a PITA it is! Lot's of things, but my biggest gripe is that they require the credit card to be in the same name as the name given in the account info. Ditto for address. This is off-putting...

^Not really. The only info I have heard is ASUS and Zotac card being available for pre-order, for around 30k+tax. Makes sense, since Newegg is carry most 580s at 24k or more (direct USD to INR conversion). Unless retailers have finally decided to stop reaming Indian buyers... :D
