Hi,
I recently purchased a 2GB Transcend RAM, to accompany my already existing 2GB Transcend RAM.
Now, after i switch on my system, I found that In My Computer --> Properties, it shows Installed Memory = 4GB(2.99 GB Usable).
I am not getting 4GB Ram, its only 3062MB Ram that i can use...
Can anybody suggest me why OSI reference model is not referred , whole TCP/IP is much prefered in todays networking.
And if we have IPv4, IPv6 then where is IPv5?

Motherboard: Biostar N68S3
RAM : 2gb
OS : Dual- Windows XP and Windows 7
