Make sure that the Inverter is on UPS mode. There are 2 modes UPS and Wide-UPS. Wide UPS is for bulbs and fans & such type of loads and UPS mode is specifically for PC. If you connect a PC on Wide-UPS Inverter, then when power fails PC may restart rendering the purpose of inverter useless.
Secondly check the VA rating of the Inverter and how much load it already has and how much it can handle.
Watts = VA × Power Factor

I have a 850va inverter running on ups mode but no computer ups. Cx450 Psu died 2 days back, got it repaired yesterday, worked for some time and today morning it is not working again. Is it inverter issue?

Build looks good.
OP should have bought it earlier before this RAM price increase so that he would have saved some 5k or would have got 32GB itself for 10k.
Other than this the build looks good but can OP change that Cabinet from Ant epsorts to *computechstore.in/product/antec-vx310-argb-cabinet-black/
