What is this which keeps coming from my laptop?

Ants keep coming for this, so far no extra heat or degrade in performance. Laptop is Acer Aspire 7 series

No they aren't thermocols. Coming from bottom vents

While this my post does not answer your question, consider taking it to a nearby laptop repair shop for servicing. They might charge you 400 - 500 Rs but will check the laptop for any broken parts inside etc and clean it up. Do you hear any rattling sounds when you move your laptop? Does the fan sound louder than normal?

no rattling sounds when moving, fans usually sound louder than normal when cpu usage is high before this problem also
