Free software for Tech Com TV Tuner

I have tech com SSD TV 817 TV tuner. I was using HonesTech TVR 2.5 with windows 7. But in windows 10 it gives white screen & only audio is heard. Any generic software compatible with this tuner for windows 10?

Did it work before or has is always been broken on Windows 10? Perhaps the driver is not supported on Windows 10.

It is always showing white blank screen from the beginning. Able to watch in KMPlayer but UI is not friendly for a TVR
