Need Recommendations for OFR Heater

Need advice for buying a good Oil Filled Radiator based heater to be used in Delhi.

Preference of brands:
De'Longhi > Black Decker > Havells > Morphy Richards
Confused between these. Have heard good about them.

How much area do 9 fin, 11 fin and 13 fin cover effectively?

What is the need for the additional P.T.C. fan heater that certain models have?
How much noise does it make?

Please share your valuable recommendations and advice.

I would suggest Black Decker solely because of good after sales and I am currently using one from them which I bought in 2011. Havells also has good service. De'Longhi is a new comer here and Orient manages it's distribution so can't comment on it.

13 fin covers 150sqft. But by the one with Max. Coverage you can get in your budget, because these heaters are slow so an extra fin always help.

Additional Fan is there to prevent overheating and also increase efficiency.

It makes very less noise. Way lower than an heat convector atleast.

I've read that De'Longhi is the best out there for OFR, atleast in India.
I'm skeptical of the after sales support.
