Monitor getting No Signal, Motherboard- Asrock B450 Pro4

I’ve an assembled pc. I bought the above motherboard after recommendations from this forum in March 2020.
Suddenly, the monitor is getting No Signal error. When I start the pc the Num Lock key would work in the keyboard. I’ve checked the monitor with other pc/cable and it is working fine.
I got it checked with a local vendor at office, he diagnosed that issue is with the motherboard.
How do I deal with this?

Entire PC specs? What PSU do you have, and how old is it?

Below is the specs with the year of purchase:

PSU: Corsair CX430 (2014)
GPU: Sapphire AMD HD 7770 1GB (2012)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (2020)
RAM: Corsair 1*16 GB LPX DDR4 (2020)
SSD: WD SN550 1TB NVMe (2021)
MBD: ASRock B450 Pro4 (2020)

Considering such an old GPU, I feel it might be a GPU issue, unless the local shop did try the system with a different working GPU.

IF it is mobo issue, contact AsRock for RMA. Should be in warranty as most mobo have 3 year warranty.

Have tried starting by removing the GPU still no response.

Some basic troubleshooting

  • Clear CMOS by shorting the CMOS/RST pins on mobo when PC is completely OFF from the mains. Check mobo manual for correct pin position or physically check on the board.
  • Re-seat RAM a few times and recheck
  • Swap RAM from one slot to another
  • Reconnect all cables once again and make sure all are firmly connected
  • Try running w/o HDD/SSD. Sometimes undetected Storage/RAM may cause system to do noting upon power-on
  • Toms-Hardware forum has a compilation of check items for no POST issue. The checklist can be viewed here. Check if anything could be relevant from that "No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist
  • If nothing works obviously RMA is the solution, starting with mobo as someone in your office has pointed out. If parts are out of warranty, then take it to repair shop and let them take care of the troubleshooting.

If you're local repair person has a GPU, can you ask him to check your system with that?
Ask him to do the same with the PSU as well.

If none works, then send your motherboard for RMA.

i’ve tried connecting thru hdmi via gpu and directly to motherboard but in both get no signal error
