Looks durable. From the sound tests of it, it does provide a solid feedback, with some loudness.
Unfortunately, no. The K230 will not be as loud as the MK345 though. The thing with membrane keyboards is, almost all will feel the same, so you can't go wrong with any keyboard that you pick. Another major parameter in deciding key loudness and response IMO is the keycap size. A chonkier keycap means louder clicks, whereas a flatter one is relatively quieter.Yup, loudness is an issue

I bought MK345 few years back and both mouse and keyboard ended up having issue. Back then the issue was very common in keyboard, along with infamous double click issue of the mouse. It has only 1 year warranty so avoid this model. Get something from Logitech which has at least 2 year warranty.
I would suggest going with a more reliable brand like Logitech. Not too sure how good Rapoo products are.
No, that is completely opposite and you basically are assuming them to be same as a capacitive touch keyboard. The budget is not enough for a good standalone mechanical keyboard.
