Budget is below 12k

I need a faster on in that price range

(Sata or M2 both okay .but M2 good )

In that case, get a Gen3 drive. And get 48 GB ram more to use it as RamDisk (if you can) for a total of 64GB ram.

Your mobo doesn't support Gen4. Gen3 caps out at 3000-3500MBps sequential speeds vs up to 7000MBps on Gen4 drives. The Aorus Gen4 I bought can hit 5500MBps. These numbers are many times pointless & just too much for most users to see a difference though in reality.

Not unless the m.2 slot is located above the CPU socket.

It depends, but usually doesn't matter.
