i am not a technical knowledge person. my friend have this old Samsung RV411-S02IN laptop . he want to upgrade to 8GB or 16GB RAM but which RAM is support for this model please reply

Virtually impossible to find it. DDR3 1333 Mhz ram is available though. He'd be better off installing linux on a cheap 120-256GB SSD and using it as his primary OS.

laptop is working fine for word & power point with win7 OS 4GB RAM ya its feels slow .

Yes, it should be fine. Just ask him about getting SSD. More ram won't make a difference here.

it is ok to mixed Memory Module like current 1st Memory Module is ( A DATA ) it is ok 2nd with Samsung Memory Module ??? or it is compulsory to install Both same Memory Module .

It is okay as long as the frequencies match and both are 4 GB sticks.
