R5 4600H + 1650 (sometimes 1650Ti) is what you can get at best for 60k. This is a good choice for your budget, add another 8GB RAM stick later:

I doubt any laptop entry level gaming laptop has a mini DP.

Check out the HP Pavilion Gaming - Ryzen 5 4600H series with 1 TB HDD inbuilt. Buy an SSD - 512GB and an 8GB RAM stick should cost your around 7-8K more. Since you are buying offline, so bargain hard for around 55K.

For extending displays - laptops do have an HDMI port. Nothing more to be expected in sub - INR 100K segment.

NVIDIA GTX 1650 should be sufficient for games like AC3 or PUBG with 60 fps. These laptops comes with screens with refresh rates of 60Hz and cover 45% NTSC gamut, so ideally not suitable for editing works wherein color gradation is involved. Further the color temperature may be little warm.

Warning : Offline prices are generally higher and you need to bargain hard, dont accept anything extra they offer like those stupid accessories like USB extenders, mouse, laptop bag, headphone etc. Tell them bluntly "I dont want any of those, just give the laptop as it comes from the factory".:thumbs:.

Don't even think of settling for Intel i5 10th GEN CPU like 10500H. They are inferior to R5 4600H considering the price.

@omega44-xt : Is this Nehru place an area like Lamington Road in Mumbai ? Just curious. R5 4600H prices havent dropped even after an year. Strange

Yes. Similarly, there's Chandini in Kolkata & SP Road in Bengaluru, not sure of other cities.

Laptop demands have risen post-pandemic, prices even rose for many 35-50k laptops as those were in demand. 50k+ laptops didn't see much price rise but stocks is a bit of an issue as many models are not available all the time.
