Not entirely sure if that PC can be upgraded to play current gen games. The processor and DDR3 RAM will bottleneck any graphics card you buy.

hey !! am vicky, i see your pc spaces and i think that if you want to play current gen games then you should, upgrade your processor , graphic card and also convert your hard drive to SSD(solid state drive), and also the ram to 16gb. that's shit ,after that you feel the amazing performance and smoothness.
