[Query] Zotac Graphics Card repair shop in Delhi

Hi everyone,
Recently my 3 years old Zotac graphics card stopped working. So I contacted Delhi based customer service and got response that they only accept under warranty (2 years) cards for repair and suggested to get a new graphics card instead.

I need to repair my Zotac Graphics card, ZOTOC GEFORCE GTX 1050 Ti 4GB. Does anyone know any shop in Delhi/ Nehru Place which provides repair service for graphics cards.

What type of issue? Is it like over heating caused? Explain in detail. Also, any non-manufacturer certified repair person may damage more instead of fixing it.

Did you register for extended warranty when you bought it? Zotac gives 5 years warranty only after registration.

I have Antec VP450P 450W PSU. One day I found that power supply to PC (motherboard/HDD/graphics card) was cut off by PSU which was only restored after disconnecting graphics card. It appeared that graphics card has somehow got short circuit, triggering (safety mechanism) power cut off by PSU. so I decided to first get my graphics card be checked by a professional before it may damage my PC.

Did you register for extended warranty when you bought it? Zotac gives 5 years warranty only after registration.

Sadly No, so I have only 2 years of warranty which has already expired.

Hmm... Two cases:- 1)Excessive heating caused the GPU to get 1-2 pins desoldered, and when it turned back to normal temp, it soldered the wrong way.
2) The power IC of your GPU, has gone mad due to fluctuation of supply from PSU causing all this.

In either way, this is not easy to do case, as I dont think we have Deslodering stations with that point of accuracy that common here, and second, the power IC will not be available, as these types of GPU spare parts are not sold.

It would be written on your box in big letters to register for the extra warranty to get 5 years.. Next time dont make the mistake. Its the only reason to buy a zotac graphics card
