Regular as in a 2.5" sata ssd with the orico adapter mentioned above. Unless you have a USB 3.2 port (or higher) and internal nvme drive, you won't be able to get more than ~600 MB/s which is about the same as sata ssd drives.Well, regular as in? Any suggestions?

That enclosure is to convert your typical 2.5" sata internal ssd to an external usb 3.0 sata ssd without any bells & whistles(aka you don't get a shiny external cover with design & logo).
