ICE COOOOL!!!
1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
Under 35k INR

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
  • Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen
  • Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen
Most of the time I would be using a 19" Monitor at home and a UPS too.

3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
MS Office, Visual Studio, Watching movies and music (got good collection) and playing games like PUBG, DOTA 2, CS:GO, FIFA 18 & Forza Horizon 3 (OWN THEM). And any other racing titles.

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eyeing for ?
None, i have been not in touch with current developments. So i don't have any clue regarding the same.

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: Anyone except the below one
b. Dislike: Acer.

6) Anything else you would like to say?
  • Screen resolution ( 720p/1080p (Full HD) )
  • Battery back up ( normal 3-4hrs)
  • Purchase place ( Local - Udupi/Mangalore/Bangalore )
I Currently own a Dell Inspiron N5030 (bought from US in 2009) for which i have already changed battery once and is outdated. Its a upgrade from that. So i would also be needing good after sales service or availability of spares in Karnataka if i ever face any issue.

Lenovo IdeaPad S145 (15 inch AMD) | Best Budget Laptop | Lenovo India

The 29k model is sufficient for normal usage, performance similar to i3 8th gen, 1080p display & SSD. Add another 4GB RAM stick to it.

If you intend to even a little bit of gaming, get the 38k model with Ryzen 5 3500U. Its iGPU, Vega 8, performs similar to MX130, pretty weak by today's standard, but will run games like CS GO, DOTA 2, FIFA, other light games decently at lowest settings. Forza Horizon 3 & PUBG won't run properly, you need a proper GTX GPU for that. FIFA 20 has a lower requirement than FH3 & PUBG, whose requirement is similar to all other big games. BTW FH4 runs better than FH3 due to much better optimization.

Vega 8 is iGPU of R5 3500U/2500U, UHD 630 is found in something like i5 82xxU & Vega 3 is in Ryzen 3 3200U/2200U. For best performance, you need dual channel memory, ideally 16GB with these iGPUs. A proper RX 560X powered gaming laptop Acer Nitro 5 has been on sale for 45k.

Getting a RX 560X laptop isn't a good idea IMO and his budget won't allow for a 1650 (or even a 1050Ti) which should be the bare minimum for gaming at 1080p.
Asking someone to jump from 35k to 45k is more realistic than jumping to 57k for 1650. In terms of value, 1650 is surely better. 560X is almost 100% better in some games compared to Vega 8.

I own a Lenovo IdeaPad s145 with 8 gigs ram, dedicated graphics card (Nvidia mx110), full HD screen and i5 8th generation. I do a lot of work on it and it has a reasonable price. I am recommending it.
MX110 has less than 50% performance in games compared to 560x, which itself isn't even a good GPU.

Edit: OP wants to play PUBG as well. He'll need a 1660Ti and i7 9750H for that at 1080p60 which no laptop has in his budget. :|

Vega 8 of R5 3500U is better than MX110, almost similar to MX130/230.
