Monetising image/cloud

Hi Guys,

I am looking for an image hosting or cloud service/websites which pays us commission on a click or conversion basis. My friends is a writer and he wants to use those for his stuff. He will be uploading images or zip files.

Not on ads, his articles which will either be in jpeg or zip fornat.
