In ear which don't stick out. under 1.5k

Hi,

I need an in-ear earphone, mic is prefrred but most importantly it shouldn't stick out like long cylinder. I was using an EP-630 earlier which was very comfortable and was easy to sleep with. Because the buds were rounded and small it won't hurt my ears even when I lie on my side. Then I bought Soundmagic E10s, it sounded much better, but had a long cylindrical bud which would stick out when you're sleeping on your side and it would hurt my ears as it sticks out.

So could you guys suggest an earphone under 1500, which doesn't stick out, has decent sound quality and a mic preferably.

I have a similar requirement, since I want to wear them under helmet while riding. I would even prefer a cylinderless bluetooth headset.
Please members, suggest!

I will suggest you not to use headsets while riding bike. You should have all your senses available and active on roads.

I don't want to listen to music while riding.. just to pickup some calls in case I need to, now and then.
And also one use case is listening to Google maps navigation instructions... I dont want to distract myself by looking at the map (on phone which is attached to the handle bars) every time I need to take a turn, which I currently do.

Oh. If you are often going to different areas which you aren't familiar with then I guess you have no better choice

I didn't want to hijack OP's thread. So can we have some suggestions now? :p

I believe Sennheiser CX series is small enough to fit in ears completely. It would be a good candidate for small size earphone.

Just tried the CX 275 S under a helmet. They fit just fine. But I think you would need something even more compact for sleeping in.

PS - Sound is good.
