what is the best and value for money capture card available to buy in india?

okay so there is a lot of back and forth post by me please mind it guys im going to buy my (PC) tomorrow morning at 2 pm in the afternoon with a buddy of mine.

i need to know what capture card is good recording and streaming.

Please help me out guys at the earliest.

Instead of buying a separate capture card, spend that money on the GPU and use OBS for streaming.

@SaiyanGoku there is a slim chance that i might buy the APU after all, if that happens i might have to get a capture card to record seemlessly like the youtube channel Tech epiphany

It is possible to configure OBS to use your integrated intel iGPU to capture video, while u use your dedicated GPU for gaming. Only possible with intel systems, so google it out.
