50k is less for good coffee lake with z370 mobo and skyrocketed ram prices. i own i7-8700k and cpu, mobo, ram alone cost more then 50k.

this can be one of the cheapest i5-mobo-ram combo. (all prices from primeabgb)
i5-8400 - 15,021
Asus PRIME-Z370-P - 12,969
Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz LPX 16GB - 12,179

now add 3199 rupees wd blue 1tb and that's 43368 total, no room left any for any good graphic card, psu and cabinet. you can flip 16gb ram with 8gb but still you need increase your budget.

just wait 2-3 months.. for cheap h310 motherboards to launch first.. i3 8100 + 1060 rig should be doable for 55k.. if 8100 doesnt feel underpowered to you for your photoshop, premiere , aftereffects

Don't buy the 3GB variant of the GTX 1060. It won't last very long. Already, games such as Doom and Hitman are utilising more graphics memory causing 3GB GTX 1060 to fare worse than the 4GB GTX 1050Ti even at 1080p resolution[1].

If you can wait till early next year for cheap coffee lake mobos, I second core i3 8100 + h310 mobo + gtx 1060 6GB.

How much of a priority are first person shooters? The thing is, if you're looking to play with KB+mouse, you'll need to target 60 fps for a satisfying experience, which makes the rig rather expensive. 30 fps is ok if you are playing with a controller, but much less so with a mouse. If KB+mouse gameplay isn't absolutely necessary, consider getting a PS4 and a PC without a GPU. Cryptocurrency mining has resulted in sky rocketing GPU prices, and with a console, "it just works" compared to the disaster that many PC games are (I'm looking at you, Quantum Break[2]).

Well, you can go for Intel i5 8400, GTX 1050 2gb and 16 GB ram, I guess you can also contact to professional system builders like ANT PC, they can build the same within your budget with life time warranty. I had also built one, with i7 8700 and GTX 1080 Ti for agming and VR.

Hope this helps.
Mention ANT PC again if you want to be banned.

No marketing here, shared here my experience, shall keep in mind though about mentioning any brand. Anyway deleted.
Some member from New Delhi used to promote ANT PC in almost every one of his suggestion post (IIRC he is also the owner). It is appropriate to put a stop to such self promotion posts if it prevents anybody from spending money on crap products.
