1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run?
Ans: Mainly Gaming and for Software Development purposes. Games like FIFA(upcoming 18),GTA 5, Watchdogs 2, Assassins Creed, Forza, Farcry, witcher 3,tomb raider.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Initially it was 35k, Maximum i can spend 40k.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: May be.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 10.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No, I have a 1080P monitor. My 40" TV is also 1080P, so no 4k gaming.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Fresh Build for CPU,I have Monitor, keyboard, mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within a month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes I have.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Kolkata. Here MD Computers is a cheap place to buy parts.

The Build I wanted (But its well over 40k):
AMD Ryzen 5 1400x + Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB+ MSI B350M+ Corsair DDR 4 8GB+ WD BLUE 1TB + Corsair VS 450W + Cabinet

Build Within 40k (But weak CPU):
Intel Pentium G4560+ Nvidia 1050TI 4GB + MSI H110/Bm150M + Corsair DDR 4 8GB+ WD BLUE 1TB + Corsair VS 450W + Cabinet

(can use AMD GPUs if they offer better performance at same price.)

I know gaming at Ultra settings isn't possible with this budget, so I'm looking for 60+FPS at high/very high settings for future games as well.

Please help me build a balanced rig for best performance within that budget.

Increase budget to accommodate a R5 1500 and GTX 1060 6GB (not the 3gb version). 1050ti won't be enough for 60+ fps at 1080p very high settings for future games.
VS series is crap. Don't even consider it.

Sadly, I can't increase my budget. Can you tell me a decent Config within that budget?
Also, can i use a B320M Chipset instead of B350M to cut cost?

There is no B320 mobo. You can get A320 mobo instead.
Still, I would recommend you to opt for the R5 1400 and Zotac GTX 1060 6GB mini because of the budget.

Even after extending your budget, this is what you can get. It's good for the budget. Just change PSU to something more reliable one. If you're okay to hit the roof of your budget, you could possibly get RX570 4GB or 1060 3GB.

Even i was planing to get a 1060 3GB.
Can you suggest me a good PSU?
Also which motherboard to buy with this setup? the B150M is good enough?

Go with G4560 + Rx 570 .. bang for the buck budget combo. ..

Pentium G4560 - 4400
Asus h110 hdmi /Gigabyte h110 s2ph mobo - 4800
8gb ram corsair 2400 mhz - 4300
Seasonic si2ii 520w - 5500 ( don't choose any other psu with rx570 )
Sapphire Rx 570 Pulse 4gb - 15,000
Antec gx200 - 3000
1tb wd - 3500
40,500 total..

take care that motherboard needs a bios update before you can run cpu .. board manufactured in 2017 will have new bios already .. otherwise take it to service center or ask from mdcomputers to update it..

Check PSU thread, you will learn something important from there.
- Seasonic 430 ECO, if you can find or Seasonic S12II 430. If it still overshoots your budget, go with Antec VP series. (Do your research before you buy)
- In this tight budget, I am not sure if you can fit B series board. Better stick with H110 (you may need BIOS update, since you live in metro you can take it nearby service center and do that or ask your seller to do it for you).

Awesome bro, Thank You,
I'm saving additional bucks for that Corsair Carbide Spec Alpha (red-black or red-white).
This pentium chip with a Rx 570, i thought there will be a bottleneck.

thank you, that was helpful.
I don't really have much knowledge regarding PSUs.

bottleneck will not be that big for most games , significant only in cpu intensive games .. if you go with better cpu then you will have to go with weaker gpu..

G4560 + Rx 570 > i5 7400/ryzen + gtx 1050ti

or else wait 2-3 months and get Ryzen 3 for 8k

Chosen of the Omnissiah
AMD Build
Budget -52.8K

CPU: AMD R5 1400 -12800,
Mobo: Asus Prime B350 Plus -8400,
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz 8GB -5200,
GPU: Sapphire RX570 4GB OC Pulse -15400,
PSU: Antec VP550P -4000,
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 -3500,
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1 TB -3500.
TOTAL -52,800.

Intel Build
Budget -40.3K

CPU: Intel Pentium G 4560 -4400,
Mobo: Asus H110M-C -5000,
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400MHz 8GB -4500,
GPU: Sapphire RX570 4GB OC Pulse -15400,
PSU: Antec VP550P -4000,
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 -3500,
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1 TB -3500.
TOTAL -40,300.

If OP goes with Intel Pentium G4560 it will bottleneck the RX570. So OP needs to increase his budget.

Watch some videos on youtube and you will be surprised to see the power of a 750 ti vs a gtx 1060. Also its a newer card and way cheaper than gtx 1060. Prefer to go with an amd card with ryzen and an nvidia card with intel. It works better this way.My suggestions:
Pentium G4560 :4400
Asus/ Msi H110 motherboard : <5000
Gtx 750ti : 10000-12000 for a 2gb card.
Dont know much much about cases and Psus but check the power consumption via pcpartspicker.com and then choose the Psu
Go for a case with Usb 3 for better use of the motherboard ports. Will be a little expensive at first but worth it in long run.
Ram kingston hyperx / corsair/ gskill. Check with mobo manufacturer for better compatility.
Also if warranty is not your priority unlike me, consider buying from newegg.com. It does takes some extra in delivery.
HDD: WD 1tb Cavier blue : 3500
Also will most probably be below your budget and will not bottleneck the G4560.
Ask if G4600 is available as it will be a little more powerful. Another option is adding liquid cpu cooling and overclocking to obtain enough power from the cpu.

GT 1030 gives almost the same performance as GTX 750 but at around 6k. For 12k, 1050Ti is there. I'm not sure why anybody would recommend a 750ti for 12k these days, which BTW is a 3 year old GPU.

Instead of liquid cooling a lower end CPU, buying a R5 1400 or i5 7400 with stock coolers makes more sense to me.

I agree i just searched 1030 and it would make way more sense. Also its half the price. It has just released though mdcomputers might take some time to start selling it. Though i5 processor you suggested is 10k more expensive but it can work on same board as the g4560 though i would completely avoid the ryzen due to even expensive motherboards. Also amd has been known to heating issues. And lets not forget this is a budget build and ryzen or i5 would completely disrupt it. Questionnaire completely showed he is extending from 35 to 40k. Also just as an option i would suggest a kingston 120gb ssd at 4000 at amazon. It will still remain below budget yet adding pretty good boost to everyday performance.
My calculations:-
Processor G4560-4500
Motherboard H110-5000
Case+PSU 8000
GPU GTX 1030 6000
HDD 1TB WD 7200rpm 3500
Ram 8gb ddr4 4500
*optional Ssd kingston 120 gb 4000
Total :- 31500 without ssd
34500 with ssd
Also i would recommend a cd/dvd reader writer at 1000 rs. as it adds essential functionality in installing large games as downloading takes some serious time in indian internet conditions. I have a 20 mbps connection but it still will take a lot of time at downloading like 50gbs at 2.5 mbps download rate. AAA titles are very space heavy and buying dvds sound better than paying for games + internet charges and yet waiting for it to download.

The build u urself have listed is best in 40k price range.... If u can't then
I would suggest u to buy a used i5 and Mobo. Combo and then go for rx570..it would be perfect for 1080p gaming at 60fps..

If the max budget allows for better GPU, ssd should be sacrificed. Consider GT 1030 as just a video out for systems with no iGPU.
DVD reader makes no sense since you have to download the game anyway from steam/origin/uplay/etc.

A 1050Ti in @bssunilreddy's intel suggestion would be apt.

Isn't the 'AMD = heating issue' a thing of the past?

Why perpetuate the myth?

1) AMD doesn't have heating issues.

2) Anyone who says this is a fool. Stop believing them.

3) Pentium 4 had heating issues and people never realised it. Everyone who bought Pentium 4 was a fool, even I was.
