Serious battery issue k4 note lenovo

Hi guys!

I have Lenovo k4 note as my daily driver for past 1 year. Now came across a issue.
When charging the phone, the current going in to the phone is getting decreased eventually. That means when starting, power going in will be lets say 1800 mA. After 5 or 6 minutes it's reducing to 50 mA.
Yeah and the charger is official and tried another lenovo original charger also.
This is the 2nd time this is happening. First time theyve done something under warranty. Now warranty is over and this happens again.
Is this showing the battery is gone? Or is it the USB charging module that is faulty?

Try with another USB charging module and if it's the same then it's battery or else the charger. Ok.

By charging module, I've meant the thing inside the phone. Not the charging brick. I've tried another Motorola Charging brick and Lenovo Charging brick. But same issue.
