Gaming laptop for poor student at 40k

Back to school!!
Hey guys, long time no see. I've sold my desktop last year to prepare for entrance exams. Now that I have managed to get myself enrolled into a college and summer placements are done, the first hurdle is over. I have found some time to play a few games. Now I don't have the money to purchase a new desktop, or the space (live in a hostel). So, I've decided to purchase a laptop to play games in low settings. I'll mostly be playing Skyrim and Fallout 3/4 and other RPGs like Mass Effect 3 or newer. Witcher 3 won't run properly so I'll be saving most of the games like that till I get a job in 2018 (bucket list). So, suggest a laptop for a strict 40k.

1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
40k, not a penny more.

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?

Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen

3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Excel, R, SPSS, ERP etc, movies, gaming (light).

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
5th gen i3, 4GB/8GB RAM, 1TB HDD and a 2GB GPU from AMD or preferably nVidia. I like AMD but have suffered horribly due to their drivers (leshcatlabs saved me). I'd rather go with nVidia this time.

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
Dislike: Acer

6) Anything else you would like to say?
Screen resolution ( 768p (HD) )
Battery back up ( normal (3-4hrs))
Purchase place ( Online (eg - flipkart, infibeam) / Local)

Important:
1. The laptop must come with Windows 10, else must support Windows 7 natively (driver).
I own an original Windows 7 which I can use, but if the drivers aren't available I'll require a preinstalled Windows. I don't want to put my laptop as a hostage, if a cracking method fails I'll have to shell 8k+ for a Windows license and the tight integration of Win 10+Internet+lack of drivers from vendors for Win 7 doesn't inspire confidence.
2. I'd rather go for a company with proven reliability record, I don't mind paying a bit extra.

I'll be buying it during Diwali from Kolkata or online if required.

One RAM slot is a problem. How's the build quality of Asus?

It is exceptional. Both my T200TA and sister's X541UV have good finish as well. Keyboard feels better on the latter. It came with DOS so I savaged windows 10 home key from my dead Acer E15 saving some 5k there.

tkin welcome back bro..

how have you been doing? what course were you pursuing and where did you get placed?

PS: since Win7 support has ended, you will get complete, pre-activated versions on the p2p networks. i have seen a friend using the same for sometime now, without any issues. you will just need the native drivers for your laptop though.
