Get Oneplus One (64 GB) for 22k.

Mi4 is overpriced, Nexus 5 has lesser internal storage, Desire 816 is overpriced
Desire 820 is good though.

Thanks for the suggestion. We were still browsing and will compare OnePlus One also. Have many confusion on HTC Desire 820, is HTC desire 820 and 820S are different?

Oneplus One is the best phone under 30k currently IMO.
820 has 64 bit Snapdragon 615 while 820s has 64 bit Mediatek 6752 and priced higher than 820. I feel they should've launched it in the 15-20k price range.

Thanks again for the info. My friend has decided to go for Mi4 despite pricey(he's a previous user of Mi3). As for OnePlus One, he's not very much comfortable with Cyanogen.

But cm is still the most flexible version of android. But yeah Mi4 is still a good choice.

Once you get used to the smoothness of AOSP based custom roms, all other roms seem laggy and sluggish. MIUI is bloated.

Hmm yeah. I did tried convincing him about the speediness of Cyanogen. I'm a android developer too and know it's greatness. I will install (Cyanogen or other custom mods) on my sony mobile once the warranty is over.

1 doubt, why is Z3 Compact in your consideration when you need a 5" + phone ?? And how are you getting it at 25k ?

Oneplus one is good, if you are fine with its size
Mi4 is okay but don't go with 16GB version, you will need more storage in the future

The mobile is for my friend and I've mentioned in my previous post that he has chosen MI4. Thanks for the suggestion though.
