Looking for tablet within 10k

I am looking for a tablet within 10k range and its main usage will be for surfing net, downloading movies, songs and videos and word processing as well as for watching movies.

At the same time if I get a MTS Dongle which tablets will be best suited for it and if it is wise to buy an external hard disk just in case to carry all data once downloaded from Tablet?

how will you use an external hdd with a tablet
anyways the best tablet in this range and the only one worth considering is the asus fonepad 7

I was asking if we can transfer all those movies, songs and videos to an external HDD once they are downloaded on a tablet later as I don't want blocking my tablets storage unnecessarily.
Also can anyone say abt Lenovo Ideapad and Micromax tablets?
Are they worth the buck or one should avoid them?
