Tablet ~ 10k

Hello guys

I'm looking for a budget tablet, android. Gaming is my main preference apart from watching tv shows and movies, occasionally reading e-books. Should be able to handle heavy games also. 3g is a plus. I have zeroed in on Dell Venue 7(3g model), Acer Iconia b1-730 HD, Asus fonepad. I've also shortlisted Xolo play tegra note but I'm reluctant to purchase it because of the ASS of Xolo. Please suggest. And recommend me any good tablets that I may have missed.

One more thing I forgot to mention. I'll be rooting it.
Edit:
I've read some reviews, people are saying it isn't that good. Lags, gaming performance is not very food. Clock speed is less than venue 7.

still you wont get updates etc
even if you root it,there arent any roms etc to take advantage of the hardware
with fonepad, youll get more roms than for dell venue as its more popular etc
it doesnt lag btw,its nearly as smooth as a nexus 7
clock speed doesnt determine lag etc

Edit-
My requirements have changed now. First priority is gaming and multimedia. Followed by call facility and then reading. Budget has increases to around 15k. Can extend more if the tab is really good. Expert opinion required on tabs which fulfill my requirement. I am considering digiflip pro xt811 as it has really good specs but don't know why the reviews are not so good. Suggestions open for all tabs but branded tablet is a preference.

Edit x2-

Just read about the new dell venue 7, 8. They seem good. Dell Venue 7 and Venue 8 Tablets With Android 4.4 KitKat Launched in India | NDTV Gadgets

dont get Dell, they have lesser support from xda and Dell isnt known to release updates etc
avoid huwaei etc as well
the only tablets you should consider are the fonepad 7,Nexus 7(if you can extend or something) or max to max the tegra note(ASS is bad, quality is questionable given its a xolo, though xolo is still>>other indian/chinese oem tabs)

Dell updated their previous venue 7,8 from jellybean to kitKat according to the reviews on Flipkart. I think it offers promising features. Display of Fonepad 7 is 600p. Need at least 720p.
