You simply can't compare Clevo performance and vfm with any laptop in the world. That being said, you won't get support/warranty in India.
Other laptop is "okay" compared to Clevo. Clevo offers nearly 2-2.5x performance of Lenovo Y50.

How clevo is 2-2.5x better performer than Lenovo Y50? Lenovo has 4K screen, 256GB SSD and 16GB of RAM. Lenovo can be serviceable in India. I'm sure they provide international warranty for extra too.

Performance has nothing to do with screen(The higher the resolution, the more the performance will degrade).
Clevo has upto 4 SSDs(all 1 TBs), 32 GB RAM, core i7 4940MX(best CPU) and GTX 980m best GPU). This all will cost money but if a similar config is compared(i.e, 256 GB SSD+16GB RAM), then the GPU GTX 980m alone is 2x faster than GTX 860m in Y50.

 why buy a Y50 from Canada if you can get it in India too

860m for UHD screen  gaming performance will take a nosedive

because in India there is no option for UHD screen and SSD. Duh!
My main priority is Video and Photo editing. Gaming can be done by lowering the resolution to 1080p

Yes it is nothing to do with performance but 4K resolution will help in photoshop. GTX 980M, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSD will cost me 1838 USD. That much is out of budget bro.

I've never used Clevo so afraid about the quality and reliability.

UHD display is quite decent. Lenovo IdeaPad Y50-70 (59424712) Notebook Review Update - NotebookCheck.net Reviews

Much superior to lenovo's usual half-assed displays.

1. Playing at a lower resolution than native will lead to bad quality images.
2.Even GTX 970M is 2x faster than GTX 860M. Get 128GB mSATA SSD+1 TB HDD to save budget.
3. Clevo are robust machines with superb build quality. Even Alienware started out by selling Clevo mods.

PS:128GB SSD+1TB HDD>256GB SSD alone. This is because in the former you get space+speed.

General thumb rule is to buy a performance wise VFM laptop whenever buying from abroad and/or above 80k. even the base config of the 2nd laptop I mentioned would be in your budget and still be better than Y50.

Alright 2nd model mentioned by you has 8GB of DDR3 RAM. If I upgrade to 16GB It will exceed to 1463$ USD final. There is no website for Canadian buying? How much it will cost in Canadian Dollar?

1648.20 Canadian Dollars

Again don't go for 870M now even though it fits in your budget.

1648.20 Canadian Dollars is simply out of budget and I can not think to exceed as it has no services, after sales and resell value in India.

Suggest me something under 1400 Canadian Dollars only.

^Then get the first one instead with 870M
Why plan on reselling it even before you've bought it? You are buying a powerful laptop, which'll be enough to thrash any other laptop from Dell/HP (I think even lenovo) within 80k for 1.5-2 years minimum, in India that is.
