Motherboard similar to Asus P7H55 M LX

I have Asus P7H55 M LX motherboard since two years. Now this motherboard is irrepairable (due to power surge)and needs to be replaced with a new one. I heard from my local vendor that this motherboard is not sold now. He adviced me to buy new board and replace Processor. I do not want to replace my Processor. I request you to suggest me a compatible motherboard, that can suit my existing i3 processor.
