Laptop buying advice, budget 40-45k

Hi,
I am a college (1st year ) ENGIN. student. I request you all to suggest me a laptop within the price bracket of 40-45k. My requirements are:
1. The laptop brand is not a concern. The laptop should be last atleast three years (till i get placed :D :p).
2. The brand should have a good service support in Ranchi.
3. The laptop should run hd MOVIES (without lag), GAMES like {fifa 14, nfs(basically medium gaming)} and other not so important things (like autocad, coding :p :D)

I have zeroed in the following models :
Lenovo Essential G500s (59-388254)
Lenovo Essential G505s (59-380146)

I don't know how anyone can provide that kind of assurance that laptop will last three years. If you maintain it well and don't abuse, I think it most good brands would last 3 years or so.

3rd gen i5, 1TB HDD, 6GB RAM, AMD HD 8750M w/ 2GB RAM. I think that's pretty much all that you need. And looks decent enough too.

Yes, all those games should run fine on med settings, Fifa 13' runs well in high settings even. So OK for moderate gaming. Movies, I guess any laptop even cheapo ones would do that, so don't even worry about that.

And they have two service centers in Ranchi, you can check for yourself in Samsung India website.

i have my budget increased to 60k.. :D best possible deals +-5k :)
