Hi Tenida, nice purchase, Congratulations. Actually I am thinking from 1 year to buy kindle. But I am confused as I have never used it. Is it comfortable reading on kindle ? Which one will be better, normal or paperwhite ? It must not hurt my eyes, they become red quickly and so I dont wanna buy tablet for reading. Lastly is there any color eink reader ?

there comes a cd too??

we have to register for warranty??

Yes, I got CD with monitors drivers. And the drivers and the software in the CD is the latest. I think I have registered but I don't remember how.

Got my Seagate 1 TB Backup Plus

I'd call it not just enough, but the best e-ink Kindle made (outside of the paperwhite's lighting in the dark). I had to suggest a Kindle recently to a friend of mine and I asked her to get this one, since reading in the dark wasnt a concern.

Yes, I agree with you. Also the pdf rendering capability is better than Barnes & Noble Nook Simple Touch.

Thanks.
Amazon Kindle Non-Touch: Around 6K
Amazon Kindle Paperwhite: Around 11K

Only advantage of paperwhite over vanilla kindle is its equipped with capacitive touch and back-light so, you can read in dark.
It almost like a real book so it don't hurts eyes.

Yes color e-ink reader is there but its too much costly and not available in India.

the more i look at them, the more i love them :)

Woodlands right?
I have a similar one, though not as 'heavy' as these. Got em for 2.1 and they come with lifetime warranty on the stitching/lace-holes etc.

Kinda goes against my principle of buying bose, but I bought these only after testing multiple earphones: Sennheiser CX-300-II, a Klipsch model whose name I do not remember, and Shure 315.

I found this one had the widest soundstage and balanced presentation, with excellent instrument separation, and a very clean overall sound. The fact that it sat outside the ear canal also helped things, with the wingtips making sure they stay on my ears without falling off. Klipsch had slightly more detail, and the soundstage was just about as wide, but the bass was slightly weaker, the separation wasn't as good, and they plugged too much into my ear canal. The shure, which is more expensive, had great treble, but it didn't have any punch or bass at all.

Total damage was $139.95+ tax=$158.14

For this price I expect the earphones to last really long.

^ i saw the price of QC20 and was  and this too

QC20 is way more expensive than the MIE2. QC20 has noise cancelling, while this one does not. I actually tried both. The sound quality is similar, if not same. Not paying $329.95+ tax for that one, lol.

having same shoe, good in dry weather, once drenched will take more than 24 hrs to dry and very much slipper on wet surface. Lace gone kaput after 9 months. After rigorous use of 1 and half year, now using occasionally.
