Best 128gb SSD?

Was going to buy a 2TB, but decided to get an SSD first. Looking for the absolute best in terms of reliability, performance and value for money.

Budget is 8-9k, 9.5 max

SO far, I have narrowed down to:

Samsung 840 (NON pro)
Plextor M5P
OCZ Vertex 4

Which one to buy, will be buying online, from onlyssd. Any other good SSDs worth looking at?

Please please please also mention the reasons

The Incinerator

Human Spambot
Crucial M4

Edit: Reason s being....very reliable and performance is good too. Its the best combination of reliability and performance.

From what I've read, it's getting old and the other ones have newer controllers (?)

Best SSDs: $110 To $200 : Best SSDs For The Money: January 2013

Get Samsung 840.

Any special reasons? Leaning towards it as of now though.

Get samsung 830 128GB or something similar,it is a much better all round performer than samsung 840 120GB.Read speeds are comparable in fresh state, write speeds are a let down in case of 840.In case of TLC based 840 120GB SSD the steady state performance, latency and sometimes read speeds are not that good compared to similarly priced MLC based SSDs.
For 7.5k,samsung 840 120GB is ok but since you have the money then getting something overall better makes sense.

^ Hmmm...leaning towards the 830 now, though its @ 8.9k vs the 840 for 7.6k. I hope the extra 1300 is justified.

Hmm don't get 840 without pro. I am using OCZ vertex 4 so i say go for it. But you can also go for plextor. I got no issue yet and get very good speed with vertex 4.

^ thanks everyone. I think I will go with the Samsung 830 for 8.9k, good reliability, support and performance from what i've read. Others like OCZ seem to be problem-free too lately, but I still 'feel' the samsung would be better.

Yes, go for it.

Was about to buy but turns out it's out of stock everywhere I could look (onlyssd, flipkart), and not even available on others (mdcomputers, primeabgb)

Could you please link me to where I can buy this online, or just the name of other indian sites that sell online.

Thanks!

BTW 64 GB ones are available on flipkart, 2 of these will cost me exactly the same, (9k), should I get these?

You can also go for OCZ vertex 4 or plextor i heard those are good too mostly in usa. Don't go for 64 gb just get 120/128 GB and you can also add 1 more later for RAID 0.
