I'm sure most of you have heard about youtube website which hosts videos.

Now my question is that if i upload my video into that website and embed it in my website. will it eat up my bandwith as i'm verly low on my bandwith.

Is it safe to display the video from my site or just provide the link to it (in terms of bandwith)

and does google video provide a better service?

both use flash players and flv files, so maybe you can upload in one of them (preferably google) and embed it in your site. It is definitely safe, as you are just linking to the video.
