currently my windows experience index not working. Before installing Kingston SDD WEI was working fine. I used SDD as boot drive and Seagate 500GB HDD for storage and installed fresh copy of OS in SSD. All drivers are up to date, no sign of hardware malfunction in device manager.

Its giving error message something like "cannot complete assessment,the assessment or other operation did not complete successfully. This is due to an error being reported from the operating system,driver, or other component."

Do you have any third party codecs installed? Like Klite pack etc? Or Nokia PC Suite?
