Which Smartphone???

I am plannin to buy a new smartphone for under 20k..... please suggest any good models... please also tell which os is better symbian or windows mobile 6.0...

I wd prefer symbian os9.2 but wm6.0 is also good.. U can get the dopod d600 or the htc touch or htc s710..
