Which one to buy blackberry 9380 or 9860

My friend is interested in buying one of the below Black berry Models.
Can someone suggest which one is better?

See both the phones have got a huge difference in price and also their is quite a big difference in screen size.
But are you sure you want a touchscreen BB phone.....
